Our Policies
Shipping Policy
We don't like paying for shipping ourselves so we are not charging our customers with shipping fees. We cover the shipping charges and all orders from Veritas Instruments come with FREE SHIPPING.
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt. We handle all orders as soon as possible, but orders may not be processed or shipped from Friday, 12 pm EST through Sunday, or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.
All instruments are inspected and shipped from our studio in New Jersey. Unlike other goods, instruments require extra care in handling and packaging. Sometimes, shipments may be delayed to ensure that customers receive the best quality instrument ready to be played out of the box. If your order requires extra handling time, we will contact you via email or phone.

Return and Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. We stand by our products and we are happy to assist you with any issues you may have with your purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
